To Join:
Cost: $25 for each category for the calendar year from January - December. Please send fee via PayPay to altheamidwifery@gmail.com or via Venmo to Monika-Karaosman referencing DEMW&BW and the Category for your listing in the Directory.
*Please include your e-mail so we can contact you for your directory information.*
Once membership is paid, you will receive a request for a head shot or practice picture, practice name, website, email, and phone number to be included on your listing/s.
New listings will be uploaded twice a month.
