Doulas provide education, support and comfort measures prenatally, during labor & birth, and post-partum to families choosing to birth their babies in hospitals, birth centers, and at home.

Doulas provide information to help ease the common discomforts of pregnancy, techniques you can use during your labor to support baby's descent and optimize pushing, support with nursing, and much more!  A Doula stays by your side to guide and support you through your journey to birth.

Having Doula care can reduce the length of labor, the need for pain medication during labor, and the frequency of C-sections.

Doulas can also provide longer-term post-partum care as a family is settling in with their new baby at home.
